RENTAL INFO.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM EST. Our Check-in time is between 4:00PM – 10:00 PM Please know that every effort will be made to ensure your vacation rental is ready by 4:00 PM EST.; however, certain circumstances such as maintenance issues or special cleaning needs may require the check-in time to be extended. 

LATE ARRIVAL: We offer secure after-hours check-in for all guests who will be arriving after 10:00 PM EST, provided the reservation has been PAID IN FULL. If you plan to arrive after-hours, please call 833.226.2326 or email us at reservations@coceanrentals.com to arrange for after-hours registration.

CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM EST. or earlier on the date of departure. You may be charged a fee for check out times later than 11:00 AM EST.

Housekeeping:  Daily housekeeping is not included in the total; the cleaning fee is for departure cleaning. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional $15.00 USD per service paid prior to housekeeping service.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. We offer two types of rate plans each with its own cancellation policy. If you book our standard plan one night plus tax is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. With our standard plan can cancel free of charge if canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival the full amount will be charged as a penalty. If you book our discount/non-refundable plan the full amount is due upon booking and if cancelled, modified, or in case of a no show the full amount will be kept as a penalty. No refunds or changed can be made with discount/non-refundable plan. Check-in will not be granted unless the reservation has been paid in full, we do not accept cash at any of our properties. Upon receipt of payment, we will email or mail a confirmation showing your rental cost and taxes. Please review this letter carefully to ensure the information, including dates and unit information, is accurate and acceptable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: C Ocean Rentals authorizes $50.00 USD per night on a credit card as a security deposit on our short-term vacation rentals. Charges will be applied to your credit card only if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or unpaid balances. Damage charges start at $250.00 USD and can increase depending on the situation/damage caused. Damage charges will be charged for any/all damages that are intentional, or due to gross negligence, willful/wanton conduct, or any cause if the guest fails to report the damage/loss before departure from the unit.

UPON ARRIVAL: Please inspect your unit and notify us immediately of any problems or issues. Every effort will be made to ensure that your unit is clean and undamaged before your arrival. Please notify us immediately of any items that need attention to ensure these problems are taken care of immediately and that you will not be held responsible. No pets/No smoking allowed on property.

POOLS/EXERCISE FACILITIES, ETC: Because amenities are governed and maintained by the owners or HOA of each individual property, C Ocean Rentals cannot assume any responsibility for condition or availability of these amenities.

PARKING: We do not offer free parking however valet parking is available (prices range per location/season). We do suggest city operated parking lots and garages, please contact us for more information. Some accommodations do not permit motorcycles, jet skis, trailers, campers, motor homes, etc. on premises.

PROBLEM RESOLUTION: If you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to us immediately and we will make all efforts to resolve the problem. Check out time is NOT the time to inform us about problems. We cannot issue refunds for mechanical breakdowns or unforeseen issues. C Ocean Rentals personnel or representatives shall have the right to enter the property at reasonable hours to make timely repairs or inspections. If a service call is made and entry refused, the renter will be held liable for service call fees.

CONSTRUCTION: We cannot make rate adjustments or offer rebates due to construction, building maintenance, road repair, etc.

RETURN SHIPPING: Please ensure that you remove all personal belongings upon check out. A $25 return shipping fee plus cost of postage applies to all items mailed back to guests after departure.

TRANSFER OF PROPERTY: In the event the Owner is unable to deliver said property to Tenant because of fire, eminent domain, delay in construction, lack of utilities, etc., C Ocean Rentals reserves the right to transfer reservations to a comparable unit or refund advance prepayment. If Agent can relocate Tenant, Tenant agrees to pay the difference in rental amount, or accept a refund of all monies paid to Agent. Tenant further agrees that neither Agent nor Owner shall be responsible for any consequential or secondary damages, including but not limited to, any expense incurred because of moving.  Every effort will be made to contact customer prior to arrival, and to offer similar, satisfactory accommodations, however, we will not be responsible if customer cannot be reached by contact information given at the time of the reservation. Tenant shall not be issued a refund due to unfavorable weather, maintenance problems, area construction, ready departure, or disruption of utility services (including phone or cable), after occupancy.

OTHER INFO:  Errors in descriptions, rates, and property amenities listed or advertised are subject to change without notice. Omissions, additions, or errors as well as changes in property bedding, furnishings, equipment, etc., shall not be the responsibility of the Agent or Owner. Errors can happen for many reasons; however, our staff works diligently to ensure the accuracy of the information offered in both printed and website material. C Ocean Rentals reserves the right to correct any error in pricing or description on our web site and publications.
